Feeling so free! The session with Sunhee helped me experience more freedom to speak my truth

The past life regression I did with Sunhee changed a lot for me. I've carried a powerful, unexplained fear since childhood. When I was about seven years old, a sudden fear of being killed came up during a meditation exercise, seemingly out of nowhere. It wasn't something sparked by anything in my life up to that point. Years later, once I got into meditation, this same sensation kept coming up, and I knew this wasn't something that originated in this lifetime. I realized a past life regression could finally help me with this.

I had my doubts before going in, not really believing in therapy or past lives or reincarnation. I always thought that when we die, it's the end of everything.
