During our session, you’ll be guided into a calm, meditative state similar to the gentle space between waking and sleep. You remain fully conscious and in control throughout the experience.

    This full experience includes past life regression, a glimpse into your future life, and a meeting with your spirit guide and higher self. Together we explore:

    In this Life Purpose & Spirit Guide session, we gently access your soul memory of pre-life planning to remember what your soul chose before entering this life. From this space, clarity emerges around your purpose, your path, and the deeper meaning behind your current experiences.

    If you are not drawn to a journey session but feel curious about your life direction, purpose, or soul growth, I also offer counseling sessions using karmic astrology as a reflective tool. These sessions are grounded in your personal life story and focus on gaining clarity, perspective, and inner understanding.

    If you have already completed a session with me, you may also choose follow-up integration sessions. These are designed to help you reflect on your experience, stay accountable, and turn insights into aligned action in your daily life.

I’m a hypnotherapist, storyteller specializing in guided soul journeys experiences.

I am certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), the method developed by Dolores Cannon, and certified in Past Life Regression and Pre-Life Planning with Scott Fitzgerald De Tamble, who trained with Michael Newton. I have also attended workshops with Dr. Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute and Hay House. Most recently, I trained with Anne Jirsch, a pioneer of Future Life Progression and Future Visioning.

I am passionate about helping people explore what’s possible for their lives and connect with the future they are capable of creating, so they can move forward with greater clarity, direction, and a sense of purpose.

My 20+ years in design and creative leadership have taught me to listen deeply, recognize patterns, and translate insight into meaningful action. These qualities naturally shape how I guide each session, creating space for both exploration and practical clarity.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and intuitively attuned, helping you explore your inner world with clarity, curiosity, and self-trust.
